Pool but cold
Our stay was a real nightmare. The apartment was in poor condition with water leaks everywhere and obnoxious staff (especially the gentleman) who dared to speak up and shout at us. To top it all off, the breakfast offered yogurt that was two days out of date! The walls were damp, and the manager was unhappy when we asked for heating even though it was only 13 degrees in the morning. All four accommodations were unbearably damp, and two of them actually let rain into the living room! After being relocated at midnight, we discovered there was no hot water the next morning at 8am. The bedroom blind was disgusting, greasy and full of dust, and the bathroom fan made an unbearable noise as soon as the light was turned on. To make matters worse, a dog barked in the middle of the night, waking everyone up. This is unacceptable in 2025! One of the accommodations gave off an unbearable smell of sewage. We tried to discuss these issues, but the manager's responses were incredibly aggressive. Absolutely avoid! Too bad I can't post more photos.
